Emad is the Managing Director and co-founder of Optimal Buildings Consultant. He has been a pioneer in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Having accomplished various and mega scale projects through out his accumulative years of experience in the Middle East and different regions in the world. With experience and vision being integrated, Emad has started the success story of Optimal Building Consultants to deliver Sustainable, Efficient and Innovative designs to the market.
Sunil Kumar I Managing Partner
As the Managing Partner, Sunil shoulders the responsibility of overseeing and ensuring the successful delivery of exceedingly efficient sustainable MEP designs and projects. His involvement spans across numerous projects in UAE, India and other areas in the region. Sunil leverages this extensive experience, complemented by his proactive team, to play a pivotal role in steering Optimal Engineering Consultants towards success.
Moamen Emara I Managing Partner
While being Optimal’s Managing Partner, Moamen is a Senior Design Architect having accumulated professional experience in Sustainable Architectural design. Holding a Master’s Degree in Architecture from Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya of Barcelona and developing a PhD research for Engineered CLT Timber high rise buildings. His portfolio encompasses designing a significant array of projects within the UAE. Addition to project management with all engineering disciplines and local authorities through the project’s timeline.
